Menu for October 27 to November 2

Here is what I am planning for this week.  Everything has been bought for this menu.

Sunday
B - Eggos
L - spaghetti and meatballs
D - chicken, asparagus and potato salad

Monday
B - protein shake or oatmeal
L - sandwiches
D - meatloaf, mashed potatoes and asparagus

Tuesday
B - protein shake or oatmeal
L - sandwiches
D - taco soup and salad

Wednesday
B - eggs, bacon and toast
L - sandwiches
D - chicken, stuffing and carrots

Thursday
B - protein shake or oatmeal
L - sandwiches
D - homemade pizza

Friday
B - eggos
L - sandwiches
D - chicken lo mein

Saturday
B - eggs, bacon and toast
L - hot dogs and mac salad
D - baked pasta

Snacks
- pretzels
-cookies
-banana bread or muffins

I found a sale on asparagus so therefore we are eating it.  Lunches for me is typically leftovers or sandwiches.
